GAPP agency partnerships in Georgia, built on relationships and never pay-per-referral.

Ayo Family Support Inc. partners with a limited number of pediatric home care agencies per region and invests in the relationships that help GAPP families find care: Babies Can't Wait, Children's Medical Services, Children 1st, and hospital discharge planners.

What a regional partnership includes

Ongoing regional presence

Regular, in-person and phone relationship-building with the people who guide GAPP families in your region.

Care coordination relationships

Continued contact with Babies Can't Wait, Children's Medical Services (CMS), Children 1st, and hospital discharge planners and care coordinators.

Parent-informed relationship work

Andrea's outreach to coordinators and discharge planners is grounded in her lived experience as a GAPP parent and her professional work with children.

Hands-on coordination, when needed

Hands-on coordination work with care coordinators and discharge teams, available and billed separately by the hour.

What this partnership is not

Clear lines protect families, agencies, and the program.

  • Not a pay-per-lead service. You are not buying leads or names.
  • No per-referral fees. Nothing is charged when a family is connected to your agency.
  • No pricing tied to outcomes or placement counts. Volume never changes what you pay.
  • Not a directory listing. This is relationship work, not a paid spot on a list.

How pricing is structured, in principle

  1. A regional presence commitment

An ongoing commitment that supports Andrea's relationship-building in your region over time.

  2. Separate hourly billing for direct coordination

Hands-on coordination work is tracked and billed separately, by the hour, only when it is performed.

  3. Never tied to referral volume

Neither part depends on how many families are referred, connected, or placed with your agency.

The current rate sheet is shared directly with serious partner inquiries. It is not published on this site.

Questions agencies ask

Is this a pay-per-referral service?

No. Ayo Family Support is not a pay-per-referral or lead-generation service. There are no per-referral fees, and nothing about the partnership is tied to how many families are connected to your agency.

How is pricing structured?

In principle, a partnership has two parts: an ongoing commitment that supports Andrea's presence and relationship-building in your region, and separately billed hourly work for hands-on coordination she performs directly. Neither part is ever tied to referral volume, placements, or outcomes.

Do you require exclusivity?

No. Andrea partners with a limited number of agencies per region so each relationship gets real attention, but she does not ask agencies for exclusivity, and families always remain free to choose any agency.

How do I get the rate sheet?

The current rate sheet is shared directly with agencies that are seriously exploring a partnership. It is not published on this site. Reach out through the contact page and choose Home care agency as your role.

Which organizations do you maintain relationships with?

Andrea maintains ongoing relationships with Babies Can't Wait, Children's Medical Services (CMS), Children 1st, and hospital discharge planners and care coordinators across Georgia.

How many agencies do you partner with in each region?

A limited number per region, so the relationship work stays meaningful for each partner. Availability varies by region, so ask about yours.
